Qualifications

• Strong skills in Robotics and Process Automation, with hands-on experience in Blue Prism or similar RPA tools.
• To work on EDW and Data Lake
• Solid Analytical Skills for process assessment, requirement analysis, problem-solving, and performance optimization.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document solutions, and support stakeholder engagement.
• Software Development skills, including understanding of programming concepts, debugging, and adherence to secure coding and quality standards.
• Experience in BFSI or Fintech environments, especially insurance or capital markets, is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with RPA governance, change management, and version control tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
