About Us

We are part of a group of companies. Our sister brand, Strongcore, is a household appliance brand selling across major e-commerce platforms. We are bringing our warehousing and order fulfillment in-house, moving away from third-party logistics and setting up our own operation from the ground up.

The Role

This is a hands-on, working supervisor role for someone who has run e-commerce order fulfillment before and knows what it takes to ship accurately and on time, every day. You will personally pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders while setting up and running our new in-house warehouse, covering layout, storage, packing stations, stock control, and daily workflow.

You will start hands-on and largely solo. As order volume grows, you will build and lead a small packing team, so this role suits someone who wants to shape an operation rather than just maintain one.

Why This Role Is Different

Selling on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop means working to strict ship-out SLAs. Orders must be picked, packed, and handed to couriers within tight, platform-set deadlines, and late shipments directly hurt our store ratings and sales. During campaign peaks such as 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, and payday sales, order volume can multiply overnight while the deadlines stay the same. We need someone who has lived this rhythm and stays accurate under pressure.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, label, and dispatch e-commerce orders accurately and within platform ship-out deadlines
• Print and match shipping labels and AWBs from platform Seller Centres, and coordinate courier pickups for each platform
• Set up and maintain the warehouse, including storage layout, packing stations, and the daily pick-pack-send workflow
• Receive, check, and sort incoming stock, including shipments arriving directly from China
• Manage inventory through labelling, storage, regular stock counts, and stock accuracy in our system
• Process returns by inspecting, sorting, and restocking or setting aside as needed
• Handle appliances with care to prevent transit damage, and flag damaged, missing, or incorrect items and follow up to resolution
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
• Operate a stacker for moving and stacking goods (training provided if needed)
• As the team grows, guide and coordinate warehouse staff while remaining hands-on yourself
• Work closely with operations and logistics on priorities, dispatch timelines, and campaign readiness

What You'll Need

• Prior hands-on experience in e-commerce order fulfillment (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar) is required, with a clear understanding of ship-out SLAs, late-shipment impact, and campaign-day volume
• Comfortable with fulfillment systems and tools, including Seller Centre label printing, barcode scanners, and inventory or WMS software
• Strong pick-pack accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable setting up processes from scratch rather than just following an existing flow
• Stacker experience is an advantage, and certification or training will be provided
• Physically fit, able to lift up to around 20kg repeatedly, and comfortable standing and packing for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to stay flexible during campaign peaks, when volumes and hours can spike
• Comfortable reading English order and system details. Mandarin is a plus for handling China shipping documents
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to lead by example as the team grows

Working Days & Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
(Some flexibility required during major campaign periods.)
