Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with business licenses, PKFZ customs regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, goods movements, and stock accuracy in company systems and PKFZ records.
• Oversee inventory compliance (ICQA), including stock takes, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage shipping operations, including picking, packing, labelling, auditing, and coordinating air and sea freight shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with customs officers and logistics partners to facilitate timely customs clearance and shipment delivery.
• Support compliance audits, staff training, and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements in logistics, inventory, and operational compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience preparing shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Dangerous Goods Notes (DGN).
• Knowledge of IATA/IMDG regulations with valid Dangerous Goods certification preferred.
• Understanding of air and sea freight operations, shipping requirements, and logistics processes.
• Experience working with PKFZ operations and customs compliance requirements is desirable.
• Strong IT skills, computer literacy, and good organizational skills.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal) with strong problem-solving abilities.
