Work Location
Bloomthis Retail Outlet – Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 (DSH2), Bukit Lanjan, Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional customer experience that reflects the Bloomthis brand.
• Understand customers' gifting occasions and recommend suitable flowers, gifts, balloons, and add-on products.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Process customer orders accurately using the company's POS and ordering systems.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure the retail outlet is clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, stock replenishment, inventory counts, and stock control.
• Ensure products are properly displayed according to merchandising and visual presentation standards.
• Support seasonal campaigns, promotional events, and festive sales activities.
• Assist in controlling outlet operating costs and maintaining company assets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior or Management.

Desired Skills, Experience & Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Experience in floristry, gifting, lifestyle retail, or premium retail is an added advantage but not required, as training will be provided.
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with the confidence to recommend products and upsell when appropriate.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and a strong team player.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems are an advantage.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical duties, including stocking merchandise.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

• Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• STM/STPM (Preferred)
