We are seeking a confident and energetic Live Host to present products and engage audiences during live broadcasts. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys interacting with people, and can create an entertaining and informative viewing experience while achieving engagement and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Hosted live streaming sessions to promote motorcycles and dealership promotions across social media platforms.
• Presented motorcycle features, specifications, performance, pricing, financing options, and ongoing promotions in an engaging and professional manner.
• Responded to customer enquiries in real time, providing accurate product information and recommending suitable models based on customer needs.
• Generated sales leads by encouraging viewers to visit the showroom, or contact the sales team.
• Built customer confidence through clear product demonstrations and effective communication.
• Collaborated with the marketing team to plan livestream content, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle models, new releases, and industry trends.
• Tracked customer enquiries and followed up with potential buyers to support the sales process.
• Ensured all livestreams reflected the dealership's brand image and delivered a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about motorcycles and customer service.
• Interested in live hosting, content creation, and social media.
• Experience with TikTok Live, Facebook Live, or content creation is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
