Crystal Crown Hotel Kuala Lumpur is Hiring – Chef de Partie

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in a timely manner.
• Ensure all food items meet the hotel’s standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
• Conduct regular checks on ingredients, materials, and kitchen equipment to ensure quality and safety.
• Assist the Sous Chef and management team in developing menu concepts and creating new dishes.
• Monitor kitchen supplies, assist with recipe costing, and maintain proper inventory control.
• Store food items in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Support and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring standards and procedures are followed at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment.
