Are you driven, result-oriented and a team player? We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Support Executive / Sales Coordinator who can truly listen to our customers, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

• Manage and maintain databases, customer records, and sales documentation.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide information to clients and potential customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

2. Sales & Business Support

• Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Assist in managing and coordinating sales activities within the Network & Marketing Department.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to enhance sales growth.

3. Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with various departments (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth sales execution.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of sales and marketing updates to relevant stakeholders.

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain an updated database of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
• Assist in forecasting sales trends and providing insights for business planning.

5. Other Duties

• Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in marketing, business or equivalent.
• 1 Year(s) of working experience and fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed.
