Operation Executive (Quality Control)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor logistics operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections across hubs, linehaul, and shipment handling processes.
• Investigate shipment exceptions, delays, damages, and losses, and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Track and analyze quality KPIs, preparing regular reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct quality training and promote best practices to strengthen operational excellence.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or quality assurance. Fresh grads are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel to operational sites and hubs when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
