Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service, or Sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking with customers and handling objections professionally.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads and databases.
• Introduce products and services while identifying customer needs.
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and objections professionally.

Sales & Lead Conversion

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective lead conversion.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Conduct follow-up calls to interested prospects and existing customers.

Administration & Team Collaboration

• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
• Record call outcomes and customer interactions accurately.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve call strategies and campaign performance.
• Share customer feedback to enhance products, services, and internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and operational procedures.
• Support ad-hoc projects and campaigns assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
