Graphic Designer

Job Descriptions :

• Update packaging layouts for new SKUs, seasonal promotions, and rebranding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food labeling regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers on datelines, printing proofs, and colour accuracy.
• Support documentation for branding authority permits and renewals.
• Ensure packaging and promotional materials comply with local regulatory standards.
• Design flyers, posters and promotional materials for retail campaigns.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to adapt visuals for campaigns.
• Create and manage social media visuals for Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and XHS.
• Update website banners with promotions and festive greetings.
• Edit product photos for e-commerce listings.
• Create design concepts for staff uniforms, promotional giveaways or event merchandise.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all design outputs.
• Design event visuals (backdrops, stage banners, booth graphics).
• Assist in photo shoots for new product launches
• Edit short videos for social media campaigns.

Job Requirements :

• At least Diploma or Degree in Graphic/Communication Design.
• At least 2 to 3 years in FMCG, advertising or food industry design.
• Technical skills : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro/After Effects in a plus.
• Strong eye for typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Familiarity with food packaging compliance and consumer appeal strategies.
• Ability to manager multiple projects in a fast-environment.
• Willing to work at Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
