Job Description

AF Exclusive Legacy is looking for a creative, proactive and confident individual to join our team as a Content Creator cum Sales Support.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating social media content, communicating with customers and supporting the sales process. You will be responsible for producing engaging content for our custom sportswear and apparel products while assisting the sales team in managing customer enquiries and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (80%)

• Plan, record and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.
• Create daily Instagram Stories and promotional content.
• Take product photos and videos, including behind-the-scenes content of printing, sewing, packing and completed orders.
• Create simple posters, promotional visuals and marketing materials.
• Collect customer testimonials and showcase completed projects.
• Monitor current social media trends and suggest suitable content ideas.
• Reply to comments and direct messages on social media platforms.

Sales Support (20%)

• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media and other communication channels.
• Ask customers for important order details such as product type, quantity, budget and required date.
• Follow up with potential customers who have not responded.
• Categorise leads into hot, warm and cold prospects.
• Assist in preparing basic quotations and product information.
• Pass qualified or high-value leads to the main sales representative.
• Update customer and sales records accurately.
• Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Multimedia or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva or similar applications.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident in communicating with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Creative, responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in content creation, social media management or sales will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook is required.
