• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in visits.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to evaluate customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating more complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Encourage and monitor customer reviews on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok to strengthen the brand’s online presence.
• Prepare monthly reports on customer feedback, service satisfaction, and follow-up performance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor when dealing with customers across both online and offline channels.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets / CRM systems.
• Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
