We are an established Engineering Company specializing in the Design and Manufacture of Process Equipment. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are currently seeking a dedicated:

Finance and Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of the company's financial accounts.
• Administer and maintain the financial system to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain accurate monetary records.
• Ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee files and records, ensuring timely payment of benefits, allowances, and commissions.
• Efficiently manage the payroll process.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including management accounts, income and expense analysis, cost analysis, and bank reconciliation.
• Monitor revenue, cash flow forecasts, and working capital.
• Handle foreign currency exchange.
• Manage fixed assets.
• Maintain precise financial and accounting reports to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and support activities as required by the company.
• Efficiently manage day-to-day office operations and perform all administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Hold a recognized University Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCount software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and trustworthiness.
• Be a hands-on team player with a passion for your work.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Be well-organized, able to work under pressure, and demonstrate good business sense and judgment.

A comprehensive remuneration package with good opportunities for career development in line with the company’s expansion plans will be offered to the successful candidates. Salary will commensurate with qualification.

[Monthly Salary RM3,500 – RM4,500].

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
