Requirements

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales

• Welcome customers and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Understand customers' interests and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service.
• Build strong relationships with customers and collectors.

Store Operations

• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and the store remains clean and organised.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store events.

Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on the latest collectibles, action figures, anime, movies, gaming products, and exclusive merchandise.
• Continuously learn about new products to provide accurate recommendations to customers.
• Work closely with team members to create an enjoyable shopping experience for every visitor.

Working Location

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
