Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-off, measurement and progress claims.
• Check subcontractor claims and prepare payment documentation.
• Assist with Variation Orders (VO), quotations and cost control.
• Monitor project quantities, costs and work progress.
• Handle site documentation, filing and general administration.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site team.
• Prepare reports and other documents as required by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of construction experience preferred.
• Experience in slope/civil/earthwork projects is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently at site.
• Possess own transport.
