Mechanical Seal Refurbishment Technician (Fresh Graduate)

Kemaman / Kuantan, Malaysia

We’re hiring a Mechanical Seal Refurbishment Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a fresh Diploma in Mechanical Engineering graduate to start a hands-on career in industrial equipment maintenance, with training provided.

What you’ll do:

• Disassemble, inspect, and refurbish mechanical seals used in pumps and rotating equipment

• Diagnose seal failures and recommend repair or replacement solutions

• Perform precision measurements and quality checks on seal components

• Reassemble and test refurbished seals to meet performance standards

• Maintain accurate service and repair records

• Work closely with senior technicians and engineers to build technical expertise

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

• Strong interest in hands-on mechanical/technical work

• Attention to detail and good problem-solving mindset

• Willingness to learn a specialized technical trade

• Candidates based in or near Kemaman or Kuantan preferred

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring tools is a plus
