We are seeking a data-driven and strategically minded VIP User Manager to spearhead live streaming room ecosystem growth and campaign operations for our platforms at our regional hub in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP users by providing personalized support and delivering a premium user experience.
• Plan and execute exclusive campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives to increase VIP user activity, retention, and spending.
• Understand VIP users' preferences, behaviours, and needs, and develop tailored engagement strategies to maximize user satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value.
• Gather user feedback and market insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize products and operations, and continuously improve the overall VIP experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and engage high-value users.
• Experience in live streaming, voice chat, social entertainment, gaming, or internet platforms is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in VIP operations, community operations, user operations, relationship management, event operations, or other user-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong execution, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about user engagement and community growth.

• Working Time: 930am-630pm/ 1030am- 730pm
