About the Role

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting automation solutions that improve business efficiency and operational excellence. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver RPA solutions across Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Data Lake environments.


This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in UiPath and a strong interest in expanding their expertise across other leading RPA technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, test, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and design scalable automation solutions.
  • Build and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and processing.
  • Support integration of automation solutions within EDW and Data Lake environments.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Participate in solution testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process design documents, and deployment guides.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation best practices.
  • Learn and support additional RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere and other emerging automation technologies.


Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in RPA development or automation solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath development.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, .NET, and Java.
  • Experience working with Windows Server and SQL Server environments.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and RPA development best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to Automation Anywhere, UI Path, or other RPA platforms.
  • Experience supporting EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) or Data Lake environments.
  • Knowledge of process mining, workflow optimization, or business process automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise application integrations.
  • Experience working within Agile or DevOps delivery environments.
