Requirements:

The role is expected to be flexible and perform allsuch duties as may be determined by the management of the Company from time to time, including but not limited to the following.

• Lead 24×7 data center and IT operations across multiple sites, ensuring high availability, SLA compliance, and operational safety.

• Act as Incident Commander for major incidents, coordinating recovery and performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

• Manage vendors, service providers, and contractors, enforcing SLAs, KPIs, and cost controls.

• Oversee capacity planning, asset lifecycle management, and operational readiness for expansion and commissioning.

• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and risk management across operational processes.

• Develop, enforce, and continuously improve SOPs, standards, and operational processes.

• Mentor and develop operations teams and site leads, building leadership depth and succession capability
