Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and support dealer compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Provide operational support to dealers on aftersales, customer relationship management (CRM), technical, parts, and marketing-related matters.
  • Consolidate monthly dealer performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and escalations raised by dealers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support company initiatives, including roadshows, service clinics, dealer conferences, and other cross-functional activities.
  • Work closely with internal departments to coordinate dealer support and operational improvements.
  • Guide, coach, and train dealer personnel to achieve company standards, operational targets, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance dealer operational efficiency and service performance.
  • Travel nationwide as required to support dealership visits, audits, training, and company events.

Requirements


  • Experience in automotive dealership aftersales operations, service processes, and workshop procedures.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end aftersales service journey, including customer reception, workshop operations, parts, and service administration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Performance-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with dealer partners.
  • Willingness to travel extensively when required.
