Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ad operations, including media scheduling, campaign launch, optimization, reporting, and billing verification.
• Support the international sales team by coordinating with agency clients, resolving inquiries, assisting in securing budgets and executing sales related events.
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance, quickly troubleshoot issues, and maximize client budget delivery.
• Assist with internal workflows (Insertion Orders, contracts, invoicing, procurement) and track client payment collections.
• Optimize operational workflows and support the sales team with revenue, market, and client data analysis.
• Support ad product testing with partners and maintain operational documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 1+ year of experience in Ad Operations, Media Planning, or Sales Operations.
• Familiar with brand and programmatic advertising; strong data analytical skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and coordination skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) as working languages.
