Job Description

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximising total resort revenue across Hotel Rooms, Packages, Enhancements and Park Bundles through strategic pricing, demand forecasting, inventory management, distribution optimisation and data-driven decision making. This role drives optimal occupancy, ADR and RevPAR while protecting rate integrity and ensuring the resort remains highly competitive in the market.


Responsibility

Revenue Strategies & Performance

1.       Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly revenue strategies for rooms, packages and upsell products.

2.      Drive yield management through pricing controls, availability restrictions, length-of-stay management and channel mix optimisation.

3.      Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to align revenue strategy with business goals.

4.      Conduct daily pick-up analysis, pace reporting and competitive benchmarking with proactive strategy adjustments.

5.      Lead weekly Revenue Meetings with structured recommendations and decisions.


Forecasting & Budgeting

1.       Produce accurate daily, weekly and monthly forecasts for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and segmental revenues.

2.      Provide key data inputs for annual budgets, long-term planning and reforecast cycles.

3.      Identify revenue gaps and recommend timely corrective actions. 


Pricing & Rate Management

1.       Own and manage all rate structures across *************, OTAs, corporate contracts, wholesalers and promotional channels.

2.      Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand trends, seasonality, competitor analysis and major events.

3.      Ensure rate parity, integrity and appropriate fencing across public and private channels.

4.      Review, approve and publish promotions aligned with sales and marketing initiatives.


Distribution & Systems

1.       Oversee connectivity and optimisation across PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, OTA extranets and API partners.

2.      Resolve rate, inventory and mapping discrepancies to eliminate revenue leakage and parity issues.

3.      Manage OTA and B2B partnerships (e.g., Klook, Traveloka, Agoda B2B) on availability, free-sale, promotions and rate plans.

4.      Evaluate and recommend new distribution opportunities and system integrations.


Business Intelligence & Reporting

1.       Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports including:

·      Pick-up and pace reports

·      ADR and RevPAR tracking

·      Segmentation and channel mix analysis

·      OTA contribution performance

2.      Analyse trends and provide actionable commercial insights.

3.      Present performance results and strategic recommendations to the Director of Sales & Marketing and senior leadership.


Collaboration & Cross-Functional Influence

1.       Partner closely with Sales on group pricing, corporate contracts and tour series.

2.      Work with Marketing to support demand generation, campaigns and flash sales.


Requirements

·      Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into commercial decisions.

·      Deep understanding of hotel and resort pricing, segmentation, forecasting and distribution strategy.

·      High proficiency in PMS (e.g., Opera), Channel Managers, BI tools, Excel and OTA extranets.

·      Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

·      Highly structured, detail-oriented and able to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

·      Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams where applicable.

·      Minimum 3–5 years of Revenue Management experience in hotels; resort experience is highly desirable.

·      Demonstrated track record of driving occupancy, ADR and RevPAR growth.

·      Hands-on experience working with OTA platforms such as Klook, Traveloka, Agoda, ************* and Expedia.

·      Experience in family-oriented resorts or theme park resorts is an added advantage.

·      Strong Excel and data analytics capability.
