Warehouse Coordinator | Gul Circle

$1,800 – $2,000/month
7 Gul Circle
Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Alternate Sat: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for order fulfilment and deliveries
• Perform data entry and order processing
• Update and maintain records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Coordinate with internal and external parties according to SOPs
• Maintain accurate stock records
• Ensure warehouse safety and compliance
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping and equipment condition
• Assist with ad-hoc duties when required
• May be required to travel overseas for work assignments

Requirements:

• GCE N Levels or above
• At least 1 year of logistics experience
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
