Job Description

• Manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of the Club’s audio-visual systems, including LED walls, LED floors, sound, and lighting
• Oversee technical preparations for events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality production standards
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support during live events, minimizing disruptions and enhancing guest experience
• Collaborate with event and operations teams to deliver engaging, visually impactful, and well-coordinated productions
• Maintain all audio-visual equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability

Requirement

• Certification or diploma in electrical / electronic or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in audio-visual (AV) setup, operation, and maintenance, preferably in events, nightlife, or hospitality environments
• Knowledge of electrical safety and equipment handling standards
• Physical ability to handle equipment setup, lifting, and prolonged standing during events
• Strong technical knowledge of sound systems, lighting consoles, and AV control systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly, especially during live events
• Good understanding of lighting design, audio mixing, and visual display optimization
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, live-event environments with strong attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with event, production, and operations teams
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Remuneration subject to experience & qualification.
