Job Summary

Support project managers in delivering construction projects by managing progress reporting and ensuring effective project execution in industrial and residential sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning and executing construction projects within industrial and residential sectors to meet project goals.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with consultants, subcontractors, and peers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports to track project status.
• Utilize Microsoft Project to schedule tasks, monitor timelines, and manage project resources effectively.
• Apply AutoCAD software skills to review and interpret construction drawings and plans for project alignment.

Required competencies and certifications

• Safety Course for Project Manager certificate (essential for safe and compliant project management)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or diploma in construction disciplines (preferred for technical knowledge).
• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in the construction industry (preferred for practical understanding).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (preferred for project scheduling and tracking).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software (preferred for handling construction drawings).
