Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation works at the project site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and safety requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure electrical works are completed on time and within budget.
• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines (Mechanical, HVAC, Process, Civil, and Instrumentation) to resolve technical and site issues.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with local regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries, manpower allocation, and site resources.
• Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical support during project execution.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure project quality and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of site engineering experience in electrical installation for industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or commercial building projects.
• Experience with electrical systems such as:Low Voltage (LV) Power DistributionLighting SystemsCable Tray & Cable InstallationEarthing & Lightning Protection SystemsFire Alarm SystemsEmergency Power Systems
• Experience in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Familiar with Singapore electrical codes and construction practices.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (BIM/Revit knowledge is an advantage).
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
