Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation works at the project site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and safety requirements.
Monitor site progress and ensure electrical works are completed on time and within budget.
Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines (Mechanical, HVAC, Process, Civil, and Instrumentation) to resolve technical and site issues.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with local regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and as-built documentation.
Coordinate material deliveries, manpower allocation, and site resources.
Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical support during project execution.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure project quality and schedule.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company HSE requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of site engineering experience in electrical installation for industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or commercial building projects.
Experience with electrical systems such as:Low Voltage (LV) Power DistributionLighting SystemsCable Tray & Cable InstallationEarthing & Lightning Protection SystemsFire Alarm SystemsEmergency Power Systems
Experience in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
Familiar with Singapore electrical codes and construction practices.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (BIM/Revit knowledge is an advantage).
Able to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
