Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations & Risk Executive to support the daily operations and control processes of a new financial technology business line. The role will focus on transaction records, reconciliation, reporting, documentation, operational checks and risk monitoring.

This role is suitable for a careful and disciplined candidate who is good with records, numbers and follow-up work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational checks and maintain proper records.
• Assist in transaction tracking, account movement checks and reconciliation.
• Maintain approval logs, supporting documents and internal records.
• Prepare daily operation updates and weekly management summaries.
• Monitor business activity against approved limits and internal procedures.
• Support customer, counterparty and business document checks where required.
• Escalate unusual activities, discrepancies or operational issues.
• Assist in maintaining SOPs, control checklists and governance files.
• Support monthly reporting, audit trail preparation and process improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Banking, Risk Management, Operations or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0–1 year of experience in operations, finance, compliance, risk, banking, payment, reconciliation or administration will be an advantage.
• Good Excel and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to follow procedures and maintain proper documentation.
• Good written English for reporting purposes.
• Interest in financial technology or digital finance operations is an advantage.
