• Report to and work closely with the Kitchen Management in all aspects of kitchen management, including operations, purchasing and inventories duties
• Oversee and lead a team of cooks in organizing and delegating job responsibilities to the cooks
• Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the kitchen and ensure compliance with all applicable food safety and regulations
• Observe movement of menu items anticipates and recommends changes to meet rising guests and management expectations
• Monitoring food supplies, food presentation and quality
• Good management of food cost and food wastage

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills to lead, manage, train and motivate staff
• Team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong culinary experience proven
• Able to learn and adapt swiftly
