We are looking for a proactive and organised Education Coordinator to join our team in supporting the successful delivery of our educational programmes and daily business operations.

Job Summary

The Education Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and administration of educational programmes while providing operational support across Human Resources, Finance, Administration and Logistics. This role works closely with internal teams, schools, trainers and stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and the successful execution of educational programmes and organisational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination

•   Support the planning, coordination and administration of educational and enrichment programmes.

•   Liaise with schools, clients, trainers, vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate programme scheduling and operational matters.

•   Coordinate programme logistics to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.

•   Assist in preparing programme documentation, reports and operational records.

Human Resources

•   Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication.

•   Maintain employee records, attendance and leave administration.

•   Support payroll preparation and maintain HR documentation.

•   Assist with government grant applications, surveys and statutory submissions.

•   Ensure HR records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies.

Finance

•   Process invoices and maintain accounts receivable records.

•   Follow up on outstanding invoices and customer payments.

•   Record debit and credit transactions accurately.

•   Assist in preparing project-based profit and loss reports.

•   Support finance reconciliation and maintain finance-related documentation.

Administration

•   Manage day-to-day office administration, correspondence and enquiries.

•   Coordinate the procurement of office, pantry and programme supplies.

•   Maintain operational records, filing systems and company documentation.

•   Provide administrative support for company projects and operational activities.

Logistics & Inventory Management

•   Coordinate logistics planning and operational support for educational programmes, workshops, competitions, training sessions, events and other company initiatives.

•   Prepare, pack and distribute teaching materials, equipment and programme resources for educational and enrichment programmes, including but not limited to ICT and Coding, Mathematics, Science, Olympiad competitions, STEM education, digital literacy programmes and other customised learning programmes.

•   Coordinate the delivery, collection and replenishment of programme materials and equipment.

•   Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels of teaching materials, office supplies and company assets.

•   Ensure proper storage, organisation and accountability of inventory and operational resources.

Requirements

•   Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accountancy, Operations Management, Education or a related discipline.

•   At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, operations, administration, finance, human resources or business support.

•   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.

•   Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.

•   Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

•   Experience in the education, training or service industry will be an advantage.
