Manager, Operations
Location: Changi North Way
Salary: $6,450 – $8,890
Reports To: General Manager / Senior Manager, Operations
Job Scope
- Lead overall warehouse operations, site performance and operational strategy.
- Manage P&L, budgets, manpower planning and operational costs.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma, warehouse automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Build strong customer relationships while supporting contract renewals and business growth.
- Lead large operational teams and ensure compliance with WSH, MOM and SCDF regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline.
- 5–8 years' managerial experience within a contract logistics environment.
- Proven experience managing P&L, budgets and large multi-functional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with customer-facing and SLA management experience.
- Proficient in Power BI/Tableau with strong analytical and presentation skills.
