Job Summary

Join Robin Village Development as a Full Set Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced construction/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate financial and statutory reports within deadlines to support compliance and decision-making
• Conduct month-end closing activities including bank reconciliations, accruals, general ledger entries, and cost allocations to ensure accurate financial records
• Analyze profit and loss fluctuations across projects and provide actionable insights to management
• Manage invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow
• Ensure accuracy and reconciliation of inter-company transactions to maintain financial integrity
• Oversee fixed assets accounting and prepare audit schedules to support audit readiness
• Prepare and submit GST reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Review and improve accounting workflows to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
• Support ERP system implementation and process automation to streamline accounting functions
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to facilitate smooth external engagements
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize accounting processes and resolve issues
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business needs
  
  

Required Competencies And Certifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing industries
  
  

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
