As we expand across multiple markets, we are seeking a skilled User Experience Architect to support our growing product initiatives.

Role Overview

The User Experience Architect will lead the planning and creation of intuitive, structured, and touch‑first user experiences across our product ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with our in‑house UX Designer to conduct research, identify UX gaps, propose improvements, and shape user journeys that elevate product clarity and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product, user, and market research to identify UX needs and enhancement opportunities
• Suggest new features, highlight missing features, and recommend improvements to existing workflows
• Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and functional documentation
• Apply UX best practices for touch‑first and mobile‑first interactions
• Collaborate with the in-house UX Designer to refine concepts and maintain design consistency
• Evaluate prototypes for usability, clarity, and accessibility
• Clearly communicate UX findings and rationale to product and engineering teams
• Support user‑centered design across the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience as a User Experience Architect, UX Strategist, or similar role with minimum 5 years experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX architecture, flow mapping, and problem‑solving approaches
• Ability to assess product gaps and propose practical feature enhancements
• Experience conducting product research and usability analysis
• Understanding of touch‑first interface patterns and mobile interaction principles
• Proficiency with Figma or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and deliver structured, actionable output
• Strong communication and documentation

Skills

• Figma prototyping
• Using AI in design process
• Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or mobile-centric environments
• Familiarity with user testing, UX validation, and heuristic evaluation
• Understanding of multi-platform design considerations (mobile, tablet, POS)
