Managing LMS End-to-End (GreatKnowledge)
Manage and execute the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of e-Content and e-Assessments using LMS and LCMS.
1 Content Development - Creating and managing digital learning assets
- Meet PICs to confirm learning outcomes, audience, compliance needs before proceeding to plan the eLearning structure.
- Creating or repurposing digital learning assets such as slides, videos and graphics.
- Using authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline) to package eLearning into SCORMs to be published into GreatKnowledge.
- Package and test SCORM to ensure eLearning runs smoothly before publishing.
2 LMS Administration - System setup, tracking, reporting (Support)
- Course and curriculum setup in LMS
- User management: User access and roles
- Tracking overall learning completion, scores and attendance.
- Assist with structural migration of LMS (when applicable).
- Execute system and programme setups in GreatKnowledge to support training faculty, agency training, and e-Learning requirements.
- Uploading and integrating content and materials into GreatKnowledge. Examples are such as eLearning SCORMs, Video learning, Learning Reference materials, etc.
3 Deployment & Training Admin Support - Launching courses and learner assistance
- Assist when needed with course launches.
- User acceptance testing (UAT) for GreatKnowledge systems.
- Troubleshooting learner access or technical issues by attending to calls and ICM.
- Supporting trainers in managing learning resources to be shared to learners.
- Product Mapping second creator.
Multimedia Design — Print and Videos (Learning, Events, Branding)
Design and develop multimedia content such as videos and graphics for e-Content and departmental materials. Plan, create, record, edit, and design videos and visual materials that support learning, communication, branding, and engagement across multiple departments—ensuring both educational effectiveness and professional presentation.
1 Pre‑Production Planning for eLearning, Events and Ad‑Hoc Videos
- Planning and preparing ideas before filming, such as discussing with PIC on direction of recording, going through the scripts, and coming up with relevant ideas for the overall flow of the recording for eLearning, ad‑hoc, and/or event videos.
2 Video Recording (Production)
- Conduct and manage video recording sessions at the Green Screen studio for eLearning modules and other Ad‑hoc video recording sessions.
- Ensure audio and visual clarity throughout the recording sessions.
3 Post‑Production Editing & Enhancement for Learning and Events
- Perform post‑production editing for eLearning and micro‑learning videos, event gimmick and promotional videos.
- Edit and enhance videos by structuring content for clarity and learning flow, adding motion graphics, captions, and visual cues. Applying animations and transitions to support engagement.
4 Design of Visual Collaterals & Communication Materials
- Design visual collaterals to support learning, events, and department communications, including Posters, Event materials such as backdrops, certificates, agenda, invitation, welcome screens, TV Displays, etc.
- Develop branding elements such as Logos (where required).
