• Job delegation on day-to-day operations based on the attendance and volume or respective customers.

• Responsible to liaise with customer service department to arrange all inbound/outbound activities within deadline.

• Conduct daily spot checks on documentation, warehouse operation process, warehouse surrounding.

• Perform operational training to team members.

• Maintained records for all operational documents.

• Managed team attendance records and verified vendor invoices.

• Managed purchase requisition and system updates.

• Overtime management for team members.

Job Requirements

• with 3 – 5 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor under any global Logistic Service Provider.

• Required to have forklift license and able to drive forklift and reach truck.

• Able to speak, read and write English for drafting operational reports.

• Basic PC skills and experience to handle warehouse management systems.

• Experienced to handle staff members of 20 headcounts.

• Required to work 5 days and required to perform overtime as requested.
