Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Administrative support to sales department.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order.
Attend to walk in customer when marketing department is preoccupied.
To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.
To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head.
Prepare quotations.
Experience in utilizing AI tools will be an added advantage.
Any other related administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
2 or more years’ experience as a Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role in similar capacity may be advantageous.
Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Words, Excel etc.
