Job Description

Corporate Intelligence & Security Management (CISM) is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Supervisor to join our Security Operations Centre (SOC) team.

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, ensuring compliance with site security procedures, and leading officers to maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day security operations within the Corporate SOC environment.

  • Lead and guide security personnel during assigned shifts.

  • Ensure proper implementation of access control procedures and security protocols.

  • Oversee staff, visitor and contractor management processes.

  • Coordinate security escorts and support operational requirements.

  • Monitor incidents and ensure timely reporting, escalation and resolution.

  • Conduct shift briefings, handovers and operational updates.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.

  • Liaise professionally with client representatives, stakeholders and service providers.

  • Ensure officers maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline and customer service.

  • Support operational readiness and compliance with company and client requirements.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid PLRD Security Officer Licence.

  • Hold a valid CSSPB certification (Security Screening of Person & Bag Check).

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the security industry preferred.

  • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in report writing and incident documentation.

  • Able to work independently and make sound decisions during incidents.

  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

  • Comfortable working in a corporate environment and interacting with stakeholders.

  • Able to perform rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays when rostered.
