Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble noodle dishes according to company SOPs.
Operate automated cooking machines and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Portion ingredients and prepare garnishes before service.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, food preparation areas, and equipment.
Wash kitchen utensils, containers, and equipment.
Replenish ingredients and supplies as required.
Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Assist with opening and closing kitchen operations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Valid Singapore Food Hygiene Certification (Basic Food Hygiene Course) is required.
No cooking experience required; On-the-job training will be provided.
Previous experience in an F&B or kitchen environment is an advantage but not essential.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Responsible, punctual and a good team player.
Working Hours
5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No work on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays
