Guide patients to the correct lift based on their destination.
Provide directions and answer enquiries about the new lift arrangements.
Manage queues and patient flow to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
Assist elderly patients and those requiring additional support.
Coordinate with hospital staff and escalate concerns when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring patient data confidentiality.
Requirements
No experience required
Minimum N’ level cert
Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
Good communication skills with the ability to provide clear directions and handle enquiries professionally
