Job description

• Perform quantity take-offs and measurement from drawings, specifications, and site surveys for façade and rope access scopes of work

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and tender pricing for new project bids

• Review engineering drawings and technical specifications to assess constructability, material requirements, and labor needs

• Track project costs against budget, including variation orders, progress claims, and cost-value reconciliation

• Liaise with site/project teams to verify quantities and resolve discrepancies between design intent and site conditions

• Prepare and submit progress claims, final accounts, and supporting documentation

• Support procurement / sales by quantifying project, manpower, material and subcontractor requirements

• Maintain accurate cost records and contribute to post-project cost analysis for future estimating accuracy

• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure alignment on scope, cost, and schedule

• Any other duties as assigned
  

  Requirements

  ·      A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

  ·      At least 1 year of experience as a Construction Project Engineer.

  ·      Familiarize with Façade Systems

  ·      Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.

  ·      The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

  ·      Excellent project management and supervision skills.

  ·      Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, anddecision-making skills.

  ·      Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  ·      Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices
