Job Description:

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the NFS food laboratory and preparation room.
• Prepare and portion ingredients for practical lessons.
• Set up and clear equipment before and after lessons.
• Clean and maintain kitchen appliances, utensils, and workstations.
• Organise and store ingredients and equipment properly.
• Monitor and replenish perishable food stock.
• Operate basic kitchen and food science equipment.
• Receive and verify food deliveries and orders.
• Support teachers during practical lessons.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Applicants should have completed primary school education
• 3 years of prior experience in food handling, kitchen, or simple administrative duties in similar educational institutions.
• Should be able to work efficiently and independently.
