Responsibilities

• Payroll & Employee Administration

• Process accurate and timely payroll.

• Maintain HR system employee records.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Administer and track employee leave.

• Verify and process business travel claims.

• Office Administration & Procurement

• Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor deliveries.

• Maintain purchase records and track costs.

• Work Permit Administration

• Manage accommodation, lease renewals, and rent payments.

• Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

• Corporate Support & Compliance

• Administer HR corporate credit cards and tracking.

• Coordinate company committees and engagement activities (e.g., ISO, WSH).

• Support HR projects, research, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration in Human Resource role

• 2-3 years of working experience in Human Resource functions

• Experience in Payroll will be added advantage
