Company Overview
Advance Tuned Performance Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based automotive workshop specialising in the repair, maintenance, and performance tuning of motor vehicles, along with the retail of spare parts and accessories. The workshop is located at First East Centre in Kaki Bukit.

Job Summary

The Service Manager runs the day-to-day service operations of the workshop. The role covers job scheduling, technician supervision, customer service advisory, parts and quality management, and reporting, with the goal of delivering timely, high-quality repair and maintenance work and a smooth customer experience. The role reports to the Company's Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop service operations and job scheduling

• Manage service bookings, job cards, and workflow from check-in to vehicle delivery

• Supervise, allocate, and guide workshop technicians and mechanics

• Advise customers on service recommendations, quotations, approvals, and job updates

• Ensure quality control and timely completion of repair and maintenance jobs

• Manage spare-parts inventory, ordering, and supplier and vendor relationships

• Handle warranty claims, service records, and workshop documentation

• Ensure compliance with workshop safety and environmental regulations

• Track service performance and revenue and prepare reports for the Director

Requirements

• Experience in automotive servicing, workshop operations, or a service-advisory role

• Ability to supervise technicians and manage workshop workflow

• Good customer-service and communication skills for service advising

• Knowledge of motor-vehicle repair, maintenance, and parts is essential

• Organised, hands-on, and able to manage multiple jobs and priorities
