Role Focus

As an Events Assistant, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of live events from preparation through to completion.

Working alongside the events team, you'll contribute to guest engagement, operational logistics, and on-site coordination while building practical experience in delivering well-organised and professionally managed events.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests, manage registrations, and respond to attendee enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Support ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd flow to create a smooth and positive event experience.
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and logistical preparations before, during, and after each event.
• Support the coordination of event schedules and contribute to the smooth delivery of event programmes.
• Work collaboratively with the events team to maintain an organised, efficient, and welcoming event environment.
• (Optional) Assist with basic event photography and short-form video content for marketing and event documentation.
