Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Must have relevant ICT experience, with at least 3 years in leading ICT application projects and managing project teams.
  • SDLC Experience: Full-time involvement in at least one complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project.
  • Technical Understanding: End-to-end understanding of mission-critical system development, including network infrastructure, operating systems, database storage, and web applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent technical written skills and proficiency in SDLC project documentation.
  • Self-motivated natural leader with the ability to set direction for teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a high-pressure environment.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in project planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and risk management.
  • Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing external vendors, contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Troubleshooting Leadership: Experience leading support teams in diagnosing and resolving complex application and infrastructure issues.
  • Governance: Knowledge of ICT governance frameworks, financial performance management, and compliance standards.
  • Certifications: Relevant ICT certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CITPM (Certified Information Technology Project Manager) are highly preferred.
  • Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Native Cloud computing platforms and migration strategies.
  • Critical Infrastructure: Prior experience working in mission-critical environments (e.g., Banking, Government, Utilities) where 24/7 uptime is paramount.
