Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the team, managing employee attendance, work pass documentation, and general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate employee attendance records
• Process and handle all employee work pass documentation
• Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and efficient office administration
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, correspondence handling, and office support tasks as assigned
• Support the team by coordinating administrative activities to facilitate smooth workflow and communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completion of "N" or "O" Level education or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Business
