Requirements
- LAM Part II qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (Enscape/Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite are an advantage).
- Good understanding of Malaysian building regulations and construction detailing.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about thoughtful residential architecture and quality design.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential and boutique commercial projects from design development through construction.
- Develop creative design solutions aligned with NOT Architecture's design philosophy.
- Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications and presentation materials.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities.
- Coordinate authority submissions and approvals.
- Attend site meetings, conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure project quality, timelines and deliverables are achieved.
- Mentor Assistant Architects and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
