The IT & Compliance Manager is a hands-on, mid-senior role responsible for securing, operating, and continuously improving the organisation's internal technology estate. Operating in the fintech cards and payments space.

As a program manager working with a BIN sponsor and card issuing partner , this person will play a pivotal role in taking the business through its first formal compliance certifications: ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI DSS Level 1. These are not maintenance tasks; they are certification journeys being built from the ground up, and this person will own them end-to-end.

Working closely with the CTO (who owns cloud infrastructure and DevOps) and a dedicated DevOps team (who own CI/CD pipelines), the IT & Compliance Manager focuses on corporate IT operations, end-user technology, identity and access management, security posture, vendor relationships, and the full compliance certification programme.

The successful candidate will combine solid technical depth with commercial acumen — owning the IT budget, managing the software vendor lifecycle, and acting as the organisation's compliance certification lead.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
