The Warehouse In-Charge is responsible for managing all warehouse activities, including inventory control, receiving, storage, dispatch, team supervision, and safety compliance. The role ensures stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely fulfillment of business requirements while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Supervise receipt of incoming goods and verify quantities and quality.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
- Organize storage locations for efficient material flow.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and warehouse layout.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO inventory practices where applicable.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and safe operating practices.
- Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and PPE.
- Maintain compliance with company, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
- Prepare inventory, receiving, dispatch, and KPI reports.
- Ensure timely updating of ERP/WMS transactions.
- Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, and Ops teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support implementation of process improvements and best practices.
- Oversees fit-out activities and coordinates with local vendors in the assigned region to ensure work is completed according to site requirements and project scope.
Pay: RM4,400.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
