A. Job Description:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions which include recruitment, training & development, IR & employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and other HR related support services.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of Human Resource Department.
• Formulates and implement HR policies for the Company.
• Monitor and oversee HR function under HR operation portfolio
• Monitor and oversee HRMS project, implementation and function. .
• Responsible for the smooth operations of HR in the Company according to the Policy and Practices.
• To oversee HR functions in the absence of HR DGM.
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required.

B. Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 10-15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resource or equivalent
• Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skills
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Have a sound knowledge of local Employment Act, Industrial Act and other HR legislations
• Computer literate (MS Word / MS Excel / MS PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
