• Design, develop, and improve existing products as well as create new products in line with the company's business and operational needs.
• Operate Laser Cutting and CNC machines to carry out cutting and fabrication work according to approved designs and project specifications.
• Prepare custom product designs based on customer requirements while ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards.
• Communicate with customers, when required, to discuss project requirements, design concepts, specifications, and revisions.
• Prepare accurate production-ready design files for manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• Review, modify, and improve designs based on feedback from management, customers, or the production team.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Production departments to ensure projects are completed accurately and within the agreed timeline.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time in accordance with the company's operational requirements.
